By accessing and using this application service (hereinafter referred to as "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please desist from continuing to access this service.
I confirm that by proceeding to access this service:

(a) I am the owner of the property for which the application is made or
(b) I am duly authorised by the owner of the entity including but not limited to the company, the close corporation, the Trust or Joint Venture
(c) I have legal capacity to make this application

I further acknowledge that as the owner/duly authorised individual acting on behalf of the owner it is my responsibility to upload recent and accurate documents to confirm my capacity to make this application and that the documents uploaded will be subject to verification and confirmation by the Municipality.
In addition, I acknowledge that if it is determined that the applicant was not the owner or duly authorised to act on behalf of the owner the Municipality reserves the right to terminate this application.
The applicant herein warrants that the information furnished is true and correct.
The applicant warrants that response time may vary as certain processes contained in this application is subject to verification by the Municipality.

(d) I am bound to conform with the Legislation and policies in force from time to time relating to Electricity Supply and undertake to pay any fees levied in terms of such Legislation,
(e) You acknowledge and agree that an electronic signature, including but not limited to clicking "I Agree," "Submit," or any similar button, or by providing your name or other identifying information in an electronic format, constitutes a valid and legally binding signature.
(f) You consent to the use of electronic signatures for all transactions and communications related to the service.
